Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin and surrounding property, including hiking trails, and ponds. There is a laundry room in the lower level of the cabin with two washers and two dryers that guests have access to during their stay. Surrounding the cabin, there is a paved driveway and paved parking areas. There is plenty of room to park a boat trailer if enjoying Seneca Lake! The cabin is wheelchair accessible with a ramp to enter the main level. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with grab bar for safety.

Other things to note:
The cabin will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. The cabin is stocked with various board games, cards, and yard games for your entertainment. There are two fishing poles and a pedal-boat to enjoy! We also supply firewood for guest use.
