Massive, newly renovated 3,200 sq ft, 5 bed, 2 bath country-style home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, adjacent to a local ice cream shop and only 3 miles to Presque Isle. This home sleeps 10 comfortably, has a separate office, huge kitchen, dining and living room areas--premium memory foam mattresses, smart TVs in every bedroom, and plenty of outdoor sitting space. Lots of original character from its construction in 1843, making it one of the oldest historic houses in Erie!
