Welcome to Washington Oasis, a cozy, designer upper-unit 1 bedroom condo with queen size bed, 1 bath with water views of MacMillan Pier for up to 2 guests (additional guests upon request). Home is centrally located directly off Commercial Street and near restaurants such as Pepe's, Yolqueria, The Mew's, and Spindler's. Guests are also a short walk from the East End Art Galleries and Art Museum. This 1 bedroom home is located a short walk to direct beach access, which is located at the end of the street (adjacent to Yolqueria) Home has Air Conditioning, WIFI, Keurig Coffee Machine, Full Kitchen with Dishwasher, and 1 parking spot. Home is provided with fresh towels, bed linens, and kitchen essentials. A very comfortable pull-out sofa bed (queen size) located in living room for additional guests upon request only.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
PLEASE do not cut on the counters themselves* Please use cutting boards on the countertops. Garbage is located under the sink to the right.
Non-stick cookware and knives should not be placed in the dishwasher Flatware and Utensils are in the drawers left of stove. Bottom cabinets in kitchen store all pots/pans, toaster and blender.
Dispose of garbage (in the brown bins outside near driveway) Recyclables go in blue container next to trash bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

lovely apartment!

We had such an amazing week staying in this centrally located apartment in Provincetown! It's close to restaurants and bars, but the street itself is quiet. The apartment was so clean and light filled—we hope to be back :)

Great place and location but you do need to walk up steps

The place itself is very nice with a comfortable bed, ample closet space and drawers, small but adequate bathroom, lovely sitting room, efficiency kitchen and small seating area outside. You do need to be able to walk up a flight of stairs.

Cozy not Cramped

Robert is an excellent host who clearly tries to make you feel at home in his home. From the moment we entered we felt a cozy comfort, from the style and decor to the having everything and more that we needed in the kitchen. Great place great location. The only caution would be that the stairs leading up to the entrance get very slippery when it’s raining. Could use some adhesive tape for better traction.

Overall, clean and comfortable. The Lights on the rear stairs are out, VERY DARK, very dangerous, my partner fell one night, thank God nothing more than the humiliation of falling. Also, why no interior table or fold down counter, that really sucked. I know the place is small, but it can be incorporated. For many, a table, even if small is required. Again, Clean and comfortable minus the above. Oh wait. Also, the bed is not so comfortable. These observations are intertwined with the price, for the price, I should not have to have made the aforementioned comments. Happy Monday

A peaceful oasis

The Washington Oasis was the perfect spot for our long weekend stay in beautiful Provincetown. This stylishly decorated one bedroom has it all including a comfortable bed and bedroom, well-appointed kitchen, shared outdoor green space, and deck with seating. While the Oasis is only steps away from lively Commercial street, the apartment is quiet and surrounded by greenery, which makes it feel secluded and private. The elegantly decorated living is great for relaxing and taking in the cool breezes and water views. We didn't turn on the AC or TVs all weekend but they are there for your comfort along with anything else you might need. Have your coffee on the private deck or enjoy the shared garden outside in one of the Adirondack chairs. Public beach access is pretty much right across the street as well as wonderful casual and more elegant dining options. Roberto was an exceptionally gracious and accommodating host and helped us to feel welcome and answer some logistics questions for us. I look forward to returning to this chic spot!

I love the East End of P-Town for its relaxed, laid back vibe. Just a two minute walk takes you to Commercial Street, where you can soak in all the hustle and bustle. Then, heading back up Washington Avenue, it feels like returning to a fun, chill spot the perfect place to unwind and fully relax.

What makes this property unique

Being a top-floor unit, it’s wonderfully quiet and peaceful. You’re just minutes from amazing restaurants, right across from the beach, and close to some of the coolest art shops. One of my favorite things to do is grab a book from the library, head to the sand with a towel, and just relax. The best part? It’s only a two minute walk to Washington Oasis. Honestly, the list could go on forever there’s just so much fun to experience in P-Town!
