Beautiful villa

Villa Surin is a beautiful home with a fantastic view. The villa had more than plenty of space for our group of 18. Anteo was a great host who was very accomodating with every request we had. He was very proactive to ensure meals, transport & even decorations were sorted for our stay.

Incredible property, perfect for groups!

I had the fortune of staying at this villa in Surin Beach for a week this past month with 17 friends, and it was nothing short of incredible. This home (? compound? fortress?) is even more amazing than the pictures make it look. The host, Anteo, was extremely helpful in setting up some meals and trips for our group. All in all, I could not have imagined a better venue for a group trip like this.

Anteo and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful! The villa was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the bay. For our party of 13, every one was able to have their own space. They helped us host a party mid stay as well as breakfast every morning. The food was delicious and the entertainment areas were perfect. They were very helpful in the weeks leading up to our stay and getting the house set up prior to arrival. Anteo was also able to connect us to drivers for our stay for pick up, drop off, and during our stay. Will definitely be coming back to stay in the villa if we ever come back to Thailand!

We Had the pleasure of staying in Anteo’s Villa for two nights and it was wonderful, we were a large group of 20 or so. We had pretty high expectations but it was better than we could have expected, I think the online representation doesn’t do it justice. Great host, great property, highly recommend!

Notre plus mauvaise expérience de location de maison

Nous avons loué au mois de décembre 2018 pour 6 personnes (4 adultes et deux enfants) cette villa pour une semaine et nous avons vécu notre plus mauvaise expérience de location de maison, alors que nous louons des villa depuis plus de 10 ans en Asie et principalement en Thaïlande. -1 La maison est très ancienne, vétuste à certain endroit (plus de 20 ans), et les photos présentées sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les chambres sont très grandes, présentant de nombreux couchages, mais tout est très ancien et assez mal entretenu. -2 Le service ne correspond pas à ce qui est proposé généralement en Thaïlande pour ce genre de villa et à ce prix. Le personnel non qualifié quitte la villa à 17:00 au plus tard et ne parle pas un mot d'anglais ce qui exclue toute communication. -3 La maison est gérée par le propriétaire lui même (un Anglais très antipathique et de nature nerveuse) qui vit dans une chambre adjacente à la maison et qui est systématiquement présent à surveiller vos faits et gestes, vous privant de toute intimité. -4 Nous avons eu le désagrément de partager la maison avec le chien du propriétaire qui n'a cessé d'aboyer la nuit et surtout des rats à la fin de notre séjour. Je dérecommande donc très fortement cette maison, surtout lorsque l'on connait le service que les villas proposent en Thaïlande.

Superb villa, great location with very helpful staff!

What a fantastic villa!!! Highly recommend booking if travelling with a big group or family. The pool and the view is amazing. In case of rain, there is more than enough to do in the games room. Food was great and the manager super helpful! Would definitely book again!
