Great stay

Beautiful and convenient home to stay in Costa del SOL, Well equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay. Don Luis and Sylvia are always available to answer any questions you have.

Nice location. House needs help

Excellent location. The house was clean and comfortable but it is in need of some essential repairs. Most of the doors are loose and do not lock easily. The refrigerator is too small and the stove fan was not working. The indoor plumbing is rudimentary and the water was repeatedly shut off during the day. It is also a little noisy. There are bus drivers that enjoy blowing the horn as they drive past the house.

Beautiful modern beach house.

I can’t thank enough to Mr.Rafael for letting us rent this beautiful beach house, he understood my family needs, everyone enjoy it big and small. We made amazing memories, we had an awesome time with family and friends that I haven’t seen them for 16 years. Clean and beautiful house everything you need for a perfect vacations.

Really nice

This is a beautiful property. Beautifully constructed. Gated yard for your car. Beware of the swarms of mosquitoes, but this is a wonderful place for a family to stay. Of course we encountered a few of the bigger ants but that is to be expected. Close walk to the beautiful beach.

Great vacation

Evrything was geeat with the exception of the kitchen maybe that is why the pictures online are limited to the kitchen. Kitchen needs repairs especially the stove. It would take two hours to cook something that would notmally take 15 minutes. Everything was great like I said with the exception of the kutchen.

Having no communication is not good. Caretaker never stop by to ask if we need any thing.

Not good experience, I was expecting clean place, the room downstairs is like storage, not clean..bathroom also downstairs so dirty were not able to use. I never got my deposit even though we clean the house. I never go back. Blanca

The place was outstanding! Clean and great location to go to Isla Tasajera!

I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because of the so many mosquitoes which don’t let you enjoy the pool. Also, I think it would be great if it had an air conditioning unit in the living room which is where you spend most of your time! Extremely hot in the kitchen and living room!

The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean... Mr. Rafael the owner of the house was very accessible all the time and the house keeper was very lovely ( Mrs. Silvia) definitely I recommend this place..

Just the best

Gorgeous home. Beautiful beach. Don Rafael is always available. Silvia is an angel and the cook Carmen is a great cook and so sweet. I love this home and will definitely be back.

Amazing!!!

We rented the house to celebrate my grandmother's 94 birthday. We had plenty space for many of my relatives to stay with us, and others to visit. Everything was very clean and Silvia does a wonderful job of helping to get anything you need. We for sure would do this again at the same please. It was so secure and wonderfully maintained. Highly recommend this house to anyone that wants a great time in the beach and be able to have friends and relatives over.

we love it very safe and secure spot, the beach was wonderful and clean we enjoy our time. the only thing in my wishing list would be more trees around the house so can feel air and more shade , because at noon its hot. the personal in charge very nice.

It’s not water front property

But aye guys ! I don’t mind walking 800 ft to the ocean, It’s amazing place and highly recommended! The Staff ( Workers ) were great as well As the owner Mr.Rafael . Great Service and really secure ! It was amazing and memorable!!

The house was beautiful and spacious!! We had a local restaurant cater our meals that they delivered that saved us lots of time.. time we used to relax with our family!! We had a little issue with the Wi-Fi but since it kept myself and kids off our electronic devices we were able to spend more time as a family!! We were visiting from Saint George, Utah and even though I was born in El Salvador.. I have lived my whole life in dry southern Utah and the humid climate of El Salvador was a little rough for myself, husband and kids so having AC at night was bliss!!

Better than expected

This was a very clean, secure, lovely home in a picturesque neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. The layout was great for our large group and the kids "lived" in the pool during our stay. The abuelo's lived in the hammocks too. This is a place I would recommend and a place we would love to visit again.

Beautiful well maintained property

My family and I stayed here for 2 days and we had a magnificent time. We were welcomed upon arrival and the service and attentiveness by the staff was incredible. Everything was working and we had zero issues. We loved the swimming pool and beach was beautiful . We are definitely coming back and I would highly recommend it.
