Former Parade Homes with a custom cooks kitchen w/enough room to move around in as well as a large dining area. Range has been upgraded to gas. You have access from the kitchen to a large screen porch and from the screen porch you can walk right out onto nearly new composite deck overlooking the backyard where seeing wildlife is a quite common occurrence! LR has high ceilings drawing your eyes to the coffered detail. There's a formal dining room that is currently used as a Piano room. Primary BR has dual master closets, tray ceiling and spacious master bath. secondary BRs are also quite large. LL has an entertaining space & Rec Rm pool table bar and 80 inch flat screen.
