The famous Trimble Hot springs is minutes away. Enjoy your morning coffee in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful Animas valley. Zip up to the Mountain to hit the slopes or buzz into town to enjoy downtown Durango. This home is in the perfect spot to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Beautiful view of mountains and trees from deck

Freshly remodeled open concept, well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed cooking most meals at home in the kitchen and on the grill. Easy to use, clean hot tub with great views of the mountains. Very clean home. Will definitely return.

We are the Maycock's and this home is our summer retirement home and open during the winter months to share with travelers that love the snow. Durango is our favorite place in the world and hope you enjoy as much as we do.

Our home is nestled in the Animas valley with beautiful mountains on both sides of the home. It is surrounded by Dalton Golf course in a private and quiet neighborhood.
