The Condo will sleep 4 if you use the provided Queen size air mattress! Amenities in the building include Pool with Cabanas, Private Gym on the 8th floor and Valet parking at additional charge. Enter the Suite and walk thru the very well designed kitchen with everything you need to cook any dinner desired. Next, enter to the main area of the Suite that is beautifully furnished and look at the view thru the full wall glass window. On occasion, you will be able to see the firework shows from the baseball stadium! Enjoy the short walk to all downtown destinations from this beautiful Condo!

Heart of the City

Great location! This property is walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Very clean and safe with a 24 hour door person. Also need a key to get up the elevator which was also safe! Had a blast and would recommend for a couple to stay at this location.

The best in Nashville

We cannot say enough how great our stay was at this location. This condo was nicely decorated. The views from the 37th floor were just outstanding. The gym in this building, another benefit, was as good as most professional gyms. There is a spacious pool and seating to boot. We were also impressed by the security of this building, with front entrance security, and FOB requirements thereafter to enter the owner's hallway and then elevator. Last but not least, only a very short walk to Broadway! Two quick blocks. For a couple, this is simply an ideal location.

Great location

Great location for a concert at The Ryman and generally walking around. We didn't do any of the Broadway stuff but still found the location great. Parked in a garage nearby and didn't move the car until we were leaving town. Lots of food options nearby that are open late and appeal to slightly older (mid 40s) people like us.
