We loved the condo and location. In a quiet area but not far from Broadway. Being on the river was a bonus, along with the free covered parking. We look forward to coming back again!

This was a great property. Close to Broadway and central to most other "touristy" spots. They are building a new condo facility across the street. The noise in the mornings during the week and the partial street closures were a little annoying, but overall everything else was great.

Our rental was very clean and taken care of. We came with our kids and always felt safe on the grounds and the community surrounding. We really enjoyed the location to Broadway and how easy it was to get places. We had a great stay and would rent this place again.

Wonderful stay in Nashville

The unit was everything we needed. Decorated perfectly for The music city, clean and comfortable. We loved the family of muskrats that visited daily. About a mile to Broadway which we liked because we were able to walk off some of the wonderful food and drinks! We would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Anniversary Vacation Trip

This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway, it had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and had a nice little balcony overlooking the Cumberland River. We like to walk and the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The host Rebecca was wonderful, quick to respond to any questions we had and she had great suggestions and recommendations for the area. We would definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Cozy condo on the river

Nice covered parking lot. Cozy, nicely furnished condo with everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable king size bed and nicer bedding and thick, soft towels. Small deck on the Cumberland River is great for viewing both sunrises and moonrises. Enjoyed our stay!

Love Nashville!

I had an amazing stay in Nashville!, Rebecca was very friendly and attentive and reply very quickly to everything we needed. The room was exactly as advertised in the pictures—clean, and comfortable. One of the best parts was the view; we had a look at the river which made mornings and evenings extra special. It was the perfect blend of comfort and Nashville charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the city with a beautiful view and excellent service!
