Clean and spacious

This was a great short term rental! Very clean and we had lots of room to spread out after being crammed in a hotel room for over a week! I would stay there again.

A great place near many attractions in Orlando.

The house has two main suites with walk-in closets and full baths. It also had three more bedrooms and a third bathroom. We were surprised how large and well laid out the home was. It was very clean, quiet and in good neighborhood. The seven of us had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It has a nice pool, but we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. There were mixed reviews on the mattresses. I wish that it offereded more silverware. We are a family with food allergies so we mostly eat at home, and renting a house with a full kitchen is a big need for us. I don't think this would be a problem for most people on vacation, especially if they plan to eat out. Our overall rating would be a 9 out of ten. We have already discussed renting the property again.

So it makes the perfect sense to start our journey here in Davenport. We love the people, the beaches and endless family fun activities this second home state has to offer. Preparing the house to host you has been fun so far. We get to make a direct impact to your vacation experience and share our passion and personal touch with you. One of them is making vacation rental home more green with adding small things such as recycling bin and refillable shampoo and conditioner pumps. We're excited to share our second home with you!
