This beautiful four double bedroom villa 2 is perfectly positioned on a gated community with views over the lake. It is 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. It is 4 minutes from a golf course and 3 minutes from a shopping center, supermarket and restaurants. It is also a short drive from Kissimmee and the 192 where there are many shops. The outlet malls are also very close. Amazing Restaurants. If you fancy a day at the beach either east or west coast beaches can be reached in just over an hour. Maybe visit Busch Gardens at Tampa, again just over an hours drive. Tesla Super charging 1 mile from house.

It has 4 good size bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private south facing pool. There are two bedrooms with king size beds en suite shower rooms and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. There is one twin room which is ideal for younger children being Disney themed with bedding and soft toys.

The pool area is covered with mosquito netting so you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather. There is also a covered seating area by the pool to give some shade. The pool has a safety screen which is detachable to keep the youngsters safe. The pool can be heated in cooler months (By request and charged separately)

The Reserve at Town Centre is a lovely small, quiet, gated community which offers safety and security. The development is beautifully maintained to the highest standards and set around a spectacular lakes.

Great house great location

Great house great location. Safe subdivision. House was clean and good size. Pool area was nice. I would only recommend some new pots and pans for cooking. A propane bqq would be a nice addition. All in all will be back to stay.

Had a great stay in a well equipped home in a great location. Home had everything you need plus more and a lovely pool overlooking the lake.

Great Location & Space

We had a Double Master Suite which was wonderful. I can understated his this place is always booked. Lovely home. You will need an extra recycle as We all have plenty. I would suggest you make have a Binder that has all the home instructions as garbage, laundry, and any other amenities or information needed is provided. We almost didn't wash towels because we done normally wash when on vacation

The haus was nice and clean and has a good layout .The pool is not big but sufficient. the minuses of the house are the pans and the umbrellaby the pool

New visitors to Central Florida area

The property was lovely, very clean and spacious; but the surrounding area is over developed and very congested, i.e. I-4 east and Rt. 17 both directions. The host, however, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with all in an effort to make our stay enjoyable. We golfed at Providence Golf Club, Remington GC in Kissimmee, and Deer Creek. We took frequent road trips to SW Gulf Coast and Atlantic coast to Port St.Lucie. Our stay was lovely!

over 1700 sqft featuring four good size bedrooms, New floors throughout the home installed October 2022 three bathrooms and a private south facing pool. There are two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. There is one twin room which is ideal for younger children being Disney themed with bedding and soft toys. I have tried my best to have all the items needed to make your stay perfect. we even have rain parkers, beach toys and strollers at the house for your use
