Disappontment
For a relatively new home there were many issues. The barbeque grill was not working. We were told it has been out for 2 months, but it was still advertised as an amenity. They did offer a replacement located on the ground floor, but sadly the elevator was also out of service for most of the week, which made it difficult to use. Also, the freezer/ice maker wasn’t working properly. And the firepit was also in repair until midweek.
There were no written instructions in the house-which would have been helpful for trash pick up, WiFi, etc.
For such a huge home, they only supplied one dish towel for the kitchen. There were no blankets/pillows, etc for the sofas with pullout beds and no extra blankets in any of the five bedrooms. Also, no laundry baskets. We could have used more bowls/serving platters in the kitchen and needed more bath towels.
Although the house was beautiful, the owner did not follow through with the necessary things needed to make our stay comfortable and there were way too may things needing to be repaired, which meant many calls to the management company throughout the week. Very disappointing and will not be renting this home again!!
