My friends and I had a great stay. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and being on the river was tranquil and relaxing. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. There are shops and restaurants close by, so we were well fed. We'd be happy to return next year!

nice place to stay overall , could have been a little cleaner. The light switches were a little confusing and the house was for sale. Beds were good and lots of windows. The river was nice at sunrise. I would stay here again.

Welcome Break from the Arctic Vortex

The "icing on the cake" was the beautiful home, artwork, comfortable mattress and pillow, lanai, facing the river, closeness to shopping, restaurants, magnificent nature Reserve, "The Slough (pronounced slew), with my longtime 2 friends, who gave me credit for finding this rental! We dealt with the challenge of our flight being cancelled on Sunday because of the weather, problems with the airline carrier in rescheduling early AM flight on Sunday to our Tuesday afternoon flight. Thankful that we persevered all the challenges to enjoy our shortened time!

Nice place with a great view

We booked this on short notice when another house cancelled on me and three teammates. I'm glad we found this place. The house isn't huge, but big enough for four guys. It has a great view of the river and a beautiful morning sunrise. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. He let my friends check in early because there were no guests checking out that day. There was coffee and water for us, and all the things you hope you don't have to buy, like paper towels, tp, etc. My only critiques are that I wish there was a little more water pressure in the shower (I was upstairs), and since the upstairs is more of a loft than a room, light and sound from below cannot be kept out. Not big issues. Overall, a good value and a great host. I'd stay there again!
