The condo is exactly as described in the listing. Check in was extremely easy and communication was great. The beach and Father Rooster were a little further than expected but definitely walkable. We had a great stay and felt very safe with the 24 hour guard.

We have stayed in Villa Dolce Vita 3 additional time before staying in this unit. We found everything we needed all within a comfortable atmosphere. Close to parking and a short stroll to the pool! Lovely!

It was a great place!! Very cute and very quiet area. Natalia was great with communicating with me and very quick at responding. Rose her property manager was a wonderful person and very helpful as well. Having the security service made us feel safe!! We are planning on returning some day and would definitely rent this cute little condo! Thank you so much Natalia for renting to us on such a short notice, due our other VRBO owner had to cancel on us last minute due an electricity issue!!

We loved this condo

We stayed here for 5 night and wished we could have stayed longer. It was very comfortable for my husband, my 20 year old daughter, and me. We didn’t rent a car, but could easily walk around. Playa Ocotal is a few minutes walk away and has a tiny store on the way. Playa del Coco is further, but we walked to it several times. There’s a small store that has everything, on the way to Coco. If you want to buy a bunch of things, there’s a supermarket in Coco and it’s easy to take a taxi or Uber home. We loved the condo because it was pretty quiet. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and the pools. There’s a lot of pools on the property and you’re allowed to use them. We only used two, but used them everyday in the evening after a long day. I would stay here again. We really enjoyed it.

Perfect Getaway

This wonderful condo community is the perfect alternative to staying in a busy hotel. it had everything my friend and I needed. Two bedrooms, enough to accomodate 4 people if need be and each room has it's own full bathroom. The complex is full of expats who are friendly and helpful. We arrived right at the beginning of the rainy season (we saw no rain) so it was very quiet and we were usually the only ones in our pool of which there are 6. It is in Ocotal 5 min drive, or 15 min walk from the beach and a 10 min drive to Coco Beach and the main strip if you are looking for more excitement. The owner and property manager were super to deal with and returned any messages literally within minutes. So many things to do in the area or within a short drive. Highly recommend and will definitely try to rebook if we return to the area.

Off the Beaten Path

This is a nice two bedroom apartment about an 8 minute drive through a very non-touristy area to the main road in Coco. The property is nice, security is great and the pool is wonderful. Unfortunately, our stay was somewhat marred by a serious ant infestation in the apartment that was more than what is typical is Costa Rica. We felt uncomfortable and departed early as a result. This was nobody's fault and I trust the owner will arrange to have them properly eliminated. No compensation was offered by the owner. Other than that, if you don't mind being off the beaten path, this is a quiet, clean, air-conditioned apartment with a pool.

Costa Rica is Heaven on Earth

Nice, quiet, safe place to stay. No television, but I didn't mind. There were a few ants in the bathrooms but didn't have any bite me. Again, didn't bother me or the stay at all. Would stay again. Oh, and Tito really is the greatest! Very friendly and always helpful.

Costa Rica Adventure

We enjoyed 2 beautiful weeks visiting Costa Rica recently. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfectly located for exploring the Guanacaste region. We arrived early in the morning after traveling all night and Tito the property manager was there to greet us. The condo was easy to find and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Tito was easy to reach during our stay and happy to answer many questions we had about the area. We walked early every morning to the beach and made it back to the condo with plenty of time to enjoy a swim and have a nice breakfast before we started out to explore for the day. Thank you so much Natalia for accommodating our early arrival, we look forward to a future visit and hope your place will be available. We loved it!

Great condo in small condo group with own pool. All the people, mostly Canadians, were very friendly. Condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint, very minor, was the couch pillows were a bit hard on my back.

This was my first trip to Costa Rica, it was a beautiful stay. The complex was very clean and welcoming. We met a lot of lovely people and we look forward to our next visit. All you need for a relaxing holiday at good value.

The property was excellent and very clean. If you want total relaxation this is the place. Having the WiFi was a real plus. We enjoyed the pool and neighbours. It is a short $4.00 taxi ride into town or a 40 minute walk. The local beach is about a 15 minute walk in the 90 degree heat of March and shorter when cooler. I had to stop in the shade along the way. A nice stop on the way is Bobo’s Restaurant and hotel. We are seniors and look for comfort. Unfortunately the living room furniture is not very comfortable but the poolside furniture was great. The porch chairs were too hard to sit in as well. A nice addition would have been a floor fan for the bedroom and then we wouldn’t have used the A/C as much.

Great, relaxing vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time and loved the complex. My children enjoyed trying out all of the pools and snorkeling at the nearby beaches. Natalia was very responsive and helpful! Tito helped arrange transportation and anything else we needed. We did not realize beforehand that there is not air conditioning in the kitchen/ living area so it was pretty warm in there since temperatures were 100 degrees during our stay. On cooler days I'm sure it would be fine since you do get a nice breeze. The air conditioners in the bedrooms worked great! We enjoyed being away from the busy town of Coco but able to go into town when needed. We walked to Ocotal beach and loved snorkeling there and eating at Father Roosters. Also had a great time snorkeling at Playa Penca, the small white sand beach just north of Playas del Coco. Everyone at the complex was very nice and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality Natalia! We would certainly love to come again soon!

Nice comfortable condo.

We loved how this condo was not right in coco which made for quiet evenings to relax after days filed with hiking and scuba diving. Close enough to walk to town and the beach. Great pool. Tito was awesome and very helpful with our stay.
