Comfy King loft @ Alpine City Place | Hotel and Bar

Located in the heart of Downtown Alpine, Texas - Out of all our wonderful lofts, this one is clearly the favorite, and for good reason. It starts with the plush standard king-sized bed and just a Step outside you are right in the middle of town. Walk to shops, art galleries, coffee shops or take a stroll through the alleys and check out the murals. Come back for some food, drink or live music downstairs at Old Gringo Bar and Grill.

We offer 17 lovely lofts in the heart of downtown Alpine, Texas! Private bathroom in every loft, plus an additional bathroom with tub at the end of the hall. All registered hotel guests also have access to our common area with Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and desk to work.

These upstairs Lofts are located above a fantastic bar/ restaurant/ live music venue. While this feature is exactly why most of our guests’ book, it may not appeal to everyone. We strongly advise the atmosphere is for adults and recommend that children under the age of 12 vacate the restaurant when the kitchen closes (10:00 p.m. weeknights and 11:00 weekends). We try to end live music by midnight on weekends and may pipe music into the bar until we close the bar for the evening. Be prepared for the potential for noise, either from music or motorcycles. We have earplugs available for your convenience, but most guests are too busy having a great time to ask for any! Booking at Alpine Place Hotel indicates that you are aware of the potential for noise, and that you're okay with it. We do not refund for noise complaints.

At this time, we are a no-pet hotel for the comfort and peace of all guests, including our restaurant patrons. If you are bringing a pet with you, we do have a sister property, Cottonwood Creek Cabins, for a pet-friendly alternative, please see out 'other listings' or find us online. We do not refund guests who bring unauthorized pets.
