O Imóvel é como descrito no anuncio e o Sr Sérgio é super atencioso qto as dúvidas. A localização é perfeita, de frente pro mar, com shopping, estacionamentos, mercados e farmácias a um quarteirão do prédio. A praia é tranquila, ótimo pra caminhar. Super indico
