New apartment of 129 m2, 1 suite with cabinets, double bed and auxiliary bed; 2 bedrooms, each with closet, two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed and an auxiliary bed; room 2 main rooms with sofa bed and armchair bed; laundry; large terrace, on the 11th floor. Have safety net for children on the balcony and windows. Ceiling fan, air conditioning - split, tv (led) NET cable in the room and suite, full kitchen w / cabinets, microwave, stove, refrigerator.
Laundry room with washing machine and iron. Barbecue and table with bench for 8 people on the balcony all new.
It has 2 parking spaces.
It has internet with wi fi in rooms and condominium ground.

Tivemos uma semana maravilhosa no apto da Miriam e Hélio. Apto fiel as fotos. Super espaçoso e lindo. O condomínio foi o diferencial, tem tudo: salão de jogos, máquinas de vídeo game retro, quadra, piscina, academia. Mesmo tendo que usar pulseiras que nos identificavam como hóspedes, em nenhum momento nos sentimos discriminados. Funcionários e moradores super educados e receptivos. A Miriam é uma querida.
