BRAND NEW SAMSUNG APPLIANCES IN OCTOBER 2021

Newly remodeled unit with new furniture, 2 flat screen TV's with cable, internet and WiFi. Manicured grounds with a large swimming pool, shuffle board. Across the street from the number 1 rated beach in the US!! On beautiful Marco Island with numerous fantastic restaurants, parks, golf, fishing, boating, bicycle paths with rentals and other excursions. What more could you ask for?

I will rent for less than the 28 day minimum listed but the prices will not be as advertised.
I will NOT rent partial months during Season.

Quiet cozy condo

The condo was clean and everything was in good working order and as described in the property and pictures. Beds, pillows and furniture were very comfy. The large pool was clean and heated. Easy 12-15 minute walk to beach across Collier Blvd. Mike was easy to communicate with.

We had beautiful weather. Condo was fine for what we needed. Appreciated that there were supplies there for cleaning, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Also appreciated there being beach chairs and an umbrella there that we could use. This was very nice. Owner quick responses to questions. We had a great time and appreciate being allowed to rent there!

Feb 2022 Marco Island Rental

My wife and I stayed at this condo for the month of Feb. 2022. We enjoyed the condo and Marco very much. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location that provided easy access to restaurants, businesses, and beaches. Many owners now are looking for renters for multiple months....we really only need February. If I could stay here again for just the month of February, I would definitely go there again. I was VERY pleased with this rental.

Jim was a perfect renter. Didn't hear from him except before his arrival and just before his departure. I believe he and his wife enjoyed their stay. I'm sorry I was already booked for the following year before he even asked.

couple of things could be improved: noisy ac in living room, a few more cereal bowls, there are just 4, small appliances are dated, coffee maker, toaster and blender, couch not comfortable. Advertised beaches across not available. Pool good, laini very good.

The beach is directly across the street and in my description it clearly states the beach access is a 10-15 minute walk south.
