Please do not burn candles. Yes, they are romantic but not worth the potential destruction. My bathroom, bedroom, and nightstand would agree.
We love animals and know they are part of the family, but they are NOT allowed on the property. $250 + for additional cleaning fee.
This should go without saying but avoid using the fireplace during summer months. That air conditioner is working hard enough.

Best VRBO we have ever been to hands down. The views are great! The cabin was awesome! The best part was the porch, we didn’t go inside the whole time we were there. It was an awesome little getaway would highly recommend to anyone looking!
The owners were so wonderful and easy to work with. The property is beautiful. Perfect place to go and relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Highly recommend this perfect little cabin for a getaway weekend.
Really pretty location, the views of the lake (in two directions) was incredible. Cabin was spotless and seemed brand new. The walk down to the water is long and steep, not something where you just zip back and forth from cabin to lake several times a day. We used the kayaks for a great paddle around the cove and cliffs. We also rented a pontoon boat at Lacey's marina and had a great morning on the lake.
The beauty of this place is perfect if you’re looking for a getaway from the fast pace lifestyle. Great opportunity for rest, soul searching and intimate gatherings. This cabin has a panoramic view of Greers Ferry lake/Ozark mountains, all at your front door. There’s plenty of privacy for outdoor activities such as kayaking, swimming, biking, hiking, nature viewing and even an occasional fire pit smore! Make it a private retreat or a family gathering place-you won’t be disappointed if you’re needing some getaway quite time. Absolutely top notch in my book!
Awesome view! Great cabin! Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen with full sized appliances. Good hiking/exploring. Hosts were great—brought us more firewood. The cabin is quite remote, which has it’s pros and cons. It forced us to stay put and relax. We rented a pontoon one day from Lacey’s in Greers Ferry. They were very accommodating. Overall a great experience!
Our family of 5 (ages 33-4) loved this cabin! Everything listed was there and accurate. Plenty of items in the kitchen to cook meals, bathroom items/towels, and the beds were very comfortable! We had plenty to do we hardly watched movies and the zero phone time/electronics was what we needed!! Used the bikes the first day after the rain and seen some cool spots with water runoff areas. The hike to the kayaks is quite the adventure—the end is steep and going back up after swimming/kayaking was a little rough and our 4 year old got a bit overwhelmed going back but he made it and still worth it! The view is undeniably beautiful. It’s about an hour drive to any town in any direction but the scenic drives are wonderful, Herber Springs is a cute little town with a Walmart and the Sandy beach is a nice swim spot. Blanchard springs is a must see also! Thank you for such a great spot!!!
A Beautiful secluded location to relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.
We came to hike the area but upon arriving decided to stay and enjoy the cabin and lake area. Thanks for sharing your cabin!
The property is beautiful, scenery was awesome…Mountain Views and water views is my kind of relaxation ! Cabin is very pretty and well kept. Was over all in my top 5 places we have ever stayed …the bed was SUPERB, we slept well. Would love to go back again . If it were room for more I would take my family of 15 there but ….great peaceful rest for our 40 th anniversary ❤️❤️❤️ And the owner was only a phone call away, very helpful.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the location for the seclusion! My husband and I have been looking for a place to in Arkansas and would buy this place in a heartbeat….always looking for peace and quiet. The walk to the lake wasn’t nearly as taxing as other reviews led me to believe (I thought I was going to be required to repel down a rock face or something. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised when we got to the “last 500 feet”. Lol. The first 100 steps starting at the cabin are a good indicator of the steepness of the “last 500 feet”. If you are sure-footed and perform any activities at all, then you should be fine (for reference, we’re 60 and had no issues). The cabin was very clean and neat. The cellular service is excellent if you need it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Before you leave, check out the area on the other side of the road. Very beautiful. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!
This cabin is absolutely beautiful and has a really pretty view we definitely recommend staying here
The owners were very nice and very welcoming. They leave a s’mores kit for you to use and they sure was good . Thanks for a great stay we will be back.

It is a very nice little cabin on the top of an isolated bluff overlooking a peaceful branch of Greers Ferry Lake. The cabin was immaculate and full of fun design touches. We enjoyed the three bikes & three kayaks (one of each was a bit smaller and fit our 11 year old well). The kayaks were the perfect way to explore this peaceful branch of the lake!
Baby-moon weekend before 36 week cutoff and enjoyed the weekend out here. The guys made the hike to the kayaks and fished while the ladies enjoyed the views and breakfast! Great place! Can’t wait to go back next year!
The property was beautiful. It was private and peaceful, just as the pictures show it. The bed in the loft was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the lake.
Would definitely come back again.
