Our smoke free, pet free, fully equipped house including a workspace and printer is perfect for longer stays; vacationers, remote workers, traveling professionals and surgery recovery as we are within 40 minutes to Vail and Glenwood hospitals.
Our family-friendly, quiet and pristine neighborhood is 5 minutes to town, recreation center, shopping and electric vehicle chargers.
Your favorite outdoor lifestyle activities are 10-45 minutes away; world class skiing, golf, hiking, biking, river sports, camping, fly fishing, ATV'ing, horseback riding, snowmobiling and more.

Bathrooms equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, professional hair dryers, q-tips, cotton rounds and cleaning supplies.

The summers and fall here are spectacular and the weather is pretty near perfect; 70-80's during the day and 40-50's at night. A/C is rarely needed during summer months here in the mountains; it cools down so much at night that opening a window chills the air to low-high 60's.
Streets and sidewalks are plowed in the winter, driveway and back porch is your responsibility to shovel; shovels are provided.
Nearest golf, swimming pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts are only a short 3 minute drive. Recreation center with indoor pool, hot tub, climbing gym and such is a 5 minute drive.
On site for guests to use are 2 pickle ball paddles, 2 adult PFDs and a ski rack.

Our house is nestled in a super quiet, friendly neighborhood backing up to open space with mountain views and no traffic being on a cul de sac.
We like the location as it's between the hot springs in Glenwood, world class ski resorts and surrounded by BLM land with lot's of fresh air and plenty of outdoor lifestyle activities.
