Ski and visit friends.

Perfect location for us to visit friends in Gypsum and ski beaver creek and Vail. Plus we went to Glenwood Hot Springs. Condo had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Great house

Not too far from ski resorts, very good grocery store about 5 minutes away. The house is in great condition, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths + a half bath downstairs. Bunkbeds worked great for our group

Gypsum Xmas visit.

Everything went smoothly. The unit is very roomy. Kitchen was missing items and no hairdryer but the manager immediately supplied these for us. The location was perfect for us because our son lives in Gypsum. Condo is located on the property of a local greenhouse nursery.

Great value!

We stayed at this property for three days while skiing at Beaver Creek. It was a great value. The place is pretty basic but is very clean and has everything you need to have a great stay. The bunk beds were fine for my 61 year old back. Bathrooms are roomy. Sitting area is very relaxing and the kitchen is great - two fridges! They have a Rinnai type water heater, so you won't run out of hot water. Could easily accommodate 6 people. Only knock is they could use more silverware. I would definitely recommend!

Propiedad muy cómoda

La propiedad es muy cómoda. Buenos espacios en living y cocina. Dormitorios y baños muy cómodos. Pueden alojarse hasta 8 personas. Está alejado de la población, al lado de un obrador y muy cerca de la pista del aeropuerto, por lo que se escuchan mucho los aviones. Tiene muy buena calefacción y adecuada agua caliente. No tiiene persianas o cortinas que impidan la entrada de luz, por lo tanto no hay manera de oscurecer los dormitorios. Solo tiene 4 sillas en una isla muy cómoda para comer. No tiene mesa de comedor. Hay 2 baños completos y un toilette. Se debe dejar lavando la ropa de cama cuando uno termina su estancia.

Excellent ski trip

We had an excellent stay in the mountains and everyone in the group enjoyed the ski trip. The property owner went above and beyond to ensure that we had a most pleasant stay even though we were not able to stay at the booked property for reasons outside of the control of the property owner. The communication was easy and we were well informed throughout the entire process. I would absolutely book this property again, because we can trust that whatever might come up, the property owner will make sure that his guests will have a wonderful vacation. Unforeseen circumstances happen at times and unfortunately not all people help each other out like this property owner, who, again, went above and beyond to find the best possible solution for everyone.

Great Townhome for a Ski Weekend

We loved the fully stocked kitchen, including Tupperware. The townhome was clean and perfectly setup for a ski weekend. The TV would not connect to Direct TV and the Roku was not setup. We also had internet issues, but think they could be easily solved with a modem update. Overall we loved our stay and would stay again.
