URBAN NEIGHBORHOOD 10 MIN FROM NEWARK AIRPORT. 2 BLOCKS FROM IRVINGTON TERMINAL. 1 BLOCK FOR THE 107 TO NEW YORK CITY. 2 BLOCKS FOR SHOPPING AND SUPERMARKET. THERE ARE TWO BEDROOMS IN THE UNIT ONE IN THE FRONT THE OTHER DOWN THE HALL. THERE IS A TV OUTSIDE WHERE YOU CAN DRINK YOUR COFFEE IN THE MORNING OR AN EVENING COCKTAIL AT NIGHT.

The host is very nice and responsive. But...No paper towels or hand soap. No way to control the temperature. It was 66 and we were all pretty cold as the temp outside was 30 or below. Fireplace does not bring up the temp. The property smells like cigarette smoke. There were plenty of air freshners but those combined with the smoke odor really flared my allergies. It was very strong to me- but it may not bother someone else.
