Three of us stayed at this fantastic property while attending the Ole Miss/LSU football game. Everything about our stay was 5 star. Our host Stella is a truly nice person, and very helpful. This 3BR, 3BA house, approximately 1900 square feet, is well-designed and decorated, well-stocked, and a wonderful place to gather with friends. Each of the bedrooms offered privacy and one was a separate studio/suite, with its own kitchenette/small dining/coffee area. The house has a large screened-in back porch/patio area and beyond it a yard with barbecue, attractively bordered by trees The home is in a very nice residential neighborhood, about a 5-7 minute drive to the Oxford Square. I made the reservation for the 3 of us (long-time friends from Stanford), and my friends considered me a hero for finding this lovely home.

This is a beautiful, very well appointed, immaculately maintained home is in a great neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Oxford, the University of Mississippi and Vaught-Hemingway stadium. Our party of six adults had tons of room to relax, enjoy the smart TVs in several rooms including the patio, grill steaks on the like-new barbecue, enjoy espresso coffee from the excellent maker, a variety of beverages from the nicely supplied fridge, dine in the fully equipped and implemented kitchen and enjoy the gentle wildlife out our back door. The host makes every effort to provide touches and responsiveness that makes this a delightful stay and excellent value. We have previously stayed in Memphis went going to Oxford for Hotty Toddy fun, but no more. The Canterbury Cottage is a do again experience.
