Welcome to "Kamp Koral Raleigh"!

Three bedrooms, all with king beds, in a quiet Raleigh neighborhood within walking distance of Umstead Park and about 5 miles from RDU Airport. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, multiple outdoor spaces, garage parking and easy access to Lenovo Center, shopping, dining and Raleigh attractions.

The Space:

★ 2 full baths + 2 half baths. Ground-floor king sleeping area does not have a door but does have a privacy panel. See floor plan photos

★ One-car garage with opener provided

This home is personally owned and managed by us. We visit it frequently and care for it as if we were preparing it for family or close friends. If you need anything during your stay, we're always just a message away.

Other Things to Note:

Home has 2 parking spots assigned - one in garage and one in front of garage. If additional parking is needed, guest spots are the non-numbered spots found around the neighborhood. The garage will hold a vehicle that is maximum 19.5 feet long, 92 inches wide and 81 inches tall.

Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $185 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.

We provide one garage door opener. There will be a $75 charge if this is lost or not returned.

2 outdoor cameras for safety, one driveway facing and one back yard facing.

Stairs are required to access all parts of the home.

Guests are allowed a maximum of 6 total occupants/visitors at any time throughout their stay including during daytime hours. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process. 7 OR MORE PEOPLE ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY AT ONE TIME WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND. Parties and/or gatherings of 7 people or more are strictly prohibited.

We really enjoyed our stay! My husband and I came for our anniversary, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had just about everything we needed. I even forgot my comb, and they had complimentary essentials available—which was such a thoughtful touch!The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. We had a wonderful, relaxing anniversary stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Guys we have traveled a lot with our son for baseball and stayed at places that didn’t match with pictures and reviews and let me tell you that this place was EXCELLENT!!! House was immaculate, full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms, ( Method) brand hand soaps in every bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with baggies, aluminum foil and wax paper!!! These are the little things we always have to buy when packing snacks. Beds were super comfy and loved drinking my coffee outside on the rocking chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and looks like everyone takes pride in their property. Highly recommend!

Great property!

My family of 5, including some small children, stayed at Kamp Koral for a weekend to visit family we have in the area. The property was very well-maintained, the location was perfect for us, and was overall a great experience.

It was refreshing after a long day to come to Kamp Koral. It was clean with all the necessary amenities including a few snacks. Beds were super comfortable in a safe environment. I would stay here again.

This was a beautiful stay in a beautiful home for 4 people. The house was very clean. Check-in was easy. It was almost as if we were staying in a hotel. The checkout process was also very easy. Normally you have to take the sheets off the beds, put the towels in the wash, take the trash and so much more. The only thing they asked us to do was turn the dishwasher on 1 hour before check-out and they would handle everything else. So it made check out very smooth as well. Now if you have problem walking up and down the stairs, I would not recommend because you have to climb the stairs to get in the part of the house and then more to get to the bedrooms. The stairs did not bother my group at all, but it's good information to have. The area the house is located in is perfect. It's close to things and it's a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and if you are thinking about booking, go ahead and book. I promise you won't be disappointed.

This home was BEYOND what we were expecting, they had everything we could think of, AND MORE (if that's possible). The home was clean, the rooms were spacious and the house had everythinf you would need for your stay there. They even added extra touches like shaving cream, razors, makeup wipes, toothpaste and toothbrushes, coffee .... if you can think of it, they likely had it. We were in town to tour apartments, and the location was great for all the places we were scheduled to see. We didn't need to contact the host for anything during our stay there, but during checkout, when I had questions, Brinnan was very responsive. The living room had cute little blankets for watching movies or just TV. I sat on the front patio for a meeting and the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. My husband enjoys nature so he sat on the patio/deck in the back and listened to nature. Check-in was super simple. I loved all the personal touches like the guest book for each guest to sign and the Kamp Koral souvenir pens.We will definitely stay here again when we visit NC.
