Caddyshack penthouse condo on Pointe Royale Golf Course with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball court, and a park on Lake Tanycomo. There are 12 golf courses within 15 miles of Branson.
This condo is just minutes from Lake Taneycomo with some world-class rainbow and brown trout flyfishing. Just a short drive away, Tablerock Lake State Park Marina with jet ski, boat rentals, and SCUBA diving. Tablerock Lake is good for bass, crappie, bluegill, catfish, and walleye fishing.
Just minutes away from the Branson Landing and Strip with all of its shows and attractions.
In case of bad weather or you just want to stay in, there is a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. There is also cable with flatscreen TVs and a few games. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a king-size bed in the bedroom.
Well-behaved pets with responsible owners will be considered for an extra fee.
There are 30 stairs to access this condo. There is a ring video doorbell at the front door that records video and audio by motion 24/7 for your safety. There is also a front gate guard at the entrance to Pointe Royale and your photo I.D. may be required for entry.

Beautiful Place to stay that felt very safe and welcoming!

Caddyshack Golf Condo was a great experience overall! Not far from attractions or restaurants! It was a great place to come back to after a long day of sight seeing! The condo was clean and well maintained, I would definitely recommend!

Cozy Holiday Stay

Beautiful resort condo overlooking the golf course and in a perfect location to all activities on the resort and outside of the resort. The golf theme decor and books were excellent conversation pieces and the supplies provided were well thought out. I loved that I was able to whip up some delicious french toast in the morning- only needing to purchase groceries. Part of the stay was rainy so we played some board games by the fire. Clean, cozy environment. Would stay again!

Fall Retreat

We enjoyed having family come visit us…very friendly people at a very friendly place! The golf course was excellent! The pools were clean and we enjoyed swimming in the main pool. We ate at the grill and found it very good! The method of entry was quite good. Our stay was a “5”!

Lovely condo and perfect for the dog and granddaughter! A dog crate was even provided. Spills from the 2 year old were easy to clean up with lovely pet/child friendly flooring. I sat in the chairs on the deck to do some work and listen to water flowing and even the ducks calling one time. The condo is extremely well equipped and the owners have thought of everything. It was very clean and a well appointed one bedroom condo. My husband enjoyed the golf discount to play at Point Royal so much that he played two days! The host was easy to reach and willing to help in anyway. Check in and out went perfectly. Highly recommend!

It Was Perfect

The condo was in very good condition, and the size was perfect for my wife and I. All of the appliances and TVs worked as they should. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets if needed. The location was great. As shown, it's located in a golf resort community. I would describe it as upscale but friendly and perfect for dog walking. There is a sidewalk throughout the community with periodic dog stations (complimentary waste bags and trash cans). We did not walk through the whole community, but our short walk of a little over a mile was only a small part of the whole area. We did not use the pool or hot tub but as stated, it's a very short walk, maybe 200 yards, from the condo. Communication with the host was also very good. If we're in the area again, we will definitely check this condo for availability first.
