This half of a newly built townhouse boasts 1100 Square ft. of comfort and modern amenities. There's a full kitchen with new appliances (including a dishwasher!), outfitted with cooking and eating utensils, knives (be careful, they're sharp!) dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, and Keurig. Coffee, tea, condiments, and spices are provided. There's a bar height eating area as well as a dining table and chairs (2 extra chairs are stored in the bedrooms). The living area features comfortable seating, a smart tv with access to multiple free channels, and a 14000 BTU a/c unit that easily cools the whole house. Books for adults and kids are available if that's more your vibe. You'll have your own private patio with a propane barbeque grill (available May-October), and table and chairs for dining outside. Wifi is available for all your internet needs. The master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress. There's a dresser available as well as a walk-in closet off the master bathroom, for storing your clothes. Complimentary hair dryer, toiletries, and linens are there for you to use. The living room and master bedroom are located at the back of the house which makes for a nice, private and quiet stay. The guest bedroom has a new queen mattress and a large closet. The guest bath has a full tub/shower with complimentary toiletries. The washer and dryer are located here, with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. There is a 19 ft. deep, single car garage to secure your collector car, motorcycle, or anything else you want to secure during your stay. The class 2 EV charger is located just inside, on the wall. Due to insurance restrictions, we ask that you please not park your EV in the garage. This home is centrally located with the Goldendale Observatory State Park, to the north, and the Columbia River and wineries to the south. Downtown you'll find restaurants and The Presby Museum. There is a city pool with a disc golf course, and hiking trails located on Observatory Hill. There are 2 grocery stores available (one is just a few blocks away) to stock up on food or other items during your stay.

We stayed at this rental for the first time a few years ago. It looked new then. And it still looks new! Well stocked, great host. This is our go to stay in Goldendale.

Great place went to go patio about to open slightly glass door and there was a deer laying in the shade pretty cool
