It features 3 king sized beds, 2.5 bathrooms, ultra modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, and even Netflix if you can tear yourself away from the view. It is a short walk to the beautiful private beach of Indigo Bay with its soft white sand, loungers, restaurant, and bar. The large communal pool is directly in front of your villa, and the gym is just a minute away if you want to stay in shape.
Located on St. Maarten’s southern coastline in the newest luxury residential community on the island. Strategically located between the Dutch Side capital of Philipsburg and the popular nightlife district of Simpson Bay.

Amazing Vacation

Large rooms, modern decor and spotless with incredible views of the ocean to watch passing boats, yachts, and cruise ships. Perfect for our family with two teenage kids. The home surpassed our expectations. Residents in the community and the hosts are very kind and friendly.

Perfect Retreat

My husband and I booked this property last minute. It turned out to be perfect! The property itself has a lot to offer. It has every amenity you could ask for. You could enjoy a nice vacation without having to leave the house! The plunge pool was perfect first thing in the morning or after a long day in the sun! the beach was not far to walk to. The view is to die for! Danielle the manager and the owners are VERY responsive. They share all the tips you could possibly need. All in all we give it 5 stars, and hope to return at some point!
