The Cannon house was very comfortable, very clean, and the host was very accommodating. Her communication was easy and we enjoyed our stay very much. Lafayette is a beautiful little town with charming stores and restaurants and very friendly people. Easy walking distance to anything you could possibly need or want. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the property was private and easy to access. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy a get-away.

This is a small house at a very convenient location, right next to a coffee and breakfast place, and Friday street market. Shower works well, the beds are reasonably comfortable. Nothing is fancy or high end, but it has all the basic features and is kept very clean. The manager is very responsive.

Hailey is a great host and we have enjoyed staying at her property a few times. The location is central to Old Town Lafayette and walkable to shops and restaurants. It's close to an RTD bus park-n-ride for local transportation needs.

Cannon House is an absolute gem of a house. The house is wonderful, Hailey has gone above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome. All the little extra touches, make you feel right at home during your trip. The location is fantastic. This house is with in walking distance from amazing restaurants and shops. Our family of 4 loved our week here. 5 stars all around. I definitely hope we can make it back next July.

We stayed here because of its vicinity to CU Boulder. It was an easy drive to spend time with our student and attend the graduation ceremonies. We also appreciated that it was a short walk to many wonderful restaurants. The home was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, so if someone wanted to prepare meals on site they could easily do so.

Great location and it was nice to have parking on site too! The biggest cons - 1) the house smelled like cigarettes - even airing the house out didn’t help 2) when it was getting hot outside the air couldn’t keep up with the temperatures so the house was getting pretty warm Other than that, we had a great time!

Hailey was so helpful when we had to make changes to our trip and had great communication. The home was very comfortable, clean and warm, which was very helpful since the trip was in January. It was convenient to attractions and I would certainly recommend staying there.
