This nice and clean home is beautifully decorated with some very comfortable furniture. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two fire places, full kitchen and laundry room, A/C and heating systems, ceiling fans and a balcony at the master bedroom, two wide screen TVs, and WiFi. 2 car attached garage.

The living room has a reclining sectional with massage systems. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedrooms have Full size beds.

There are a swimming pool, a tennis and a basketball courts around the corner.

The townhouse is conveniently located between Denver and Boulder in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Free parking on the street very close to the unit.

Great Spot

Our family enjoyed this property. Good location. Close to Denver and all necessary essentials. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery, gas, etc. It was clean and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything we Needed

It was great to be able to rent this property and get away from staying at a hotel. My co-worker and I were able to make meals, enjoy some wine, and relax quite comfortably here. If I am in town again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place in the neighborhood

Nice condo in a residential area made it feel very welcoming. Able to walk to get coffee every morning and enjoy restaurants close by. Beautiful area with trees lining the street. 20 min. Drive takes you downtown and enjoy the night life. Perfect location.

Fantastic place to stay!

Ginas home was beautiful. My family and Instayed there for 7 nights and we felt right at home. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The pool and hot tub were nice a relaxing. We were a half an hour from every where we needed to be. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect condo for our stay!

We needed a place to stay after the sale of our home to finish out our kids school year. This condo was the perfect location for us to keep some sense of “normal” daily life for our last couple of weeks. Very comfortable living space. Good room sizes! Perfect fit for us

We were out in Westminster for my daughter's softball tournament. The place was in a nice neighborhood, close proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. Was roomy enough for the three of us, clean, and had everything we needed for a four-night stay. Great jumping off spot to explore Denver.

My family and I reserved this house so we could be more comfortable and have the option to cook for ourselves during our Denver vacation. We had a blast. The house is well appointed, plenty of items I. The kitchen, which isn't always the case in vacation rentals. Very easy to jump on the freeway and head into Denver.
