This 3/1 home has an in-ground pool (heated optional) with a hard-scaped backyard, completely fenced and pet friendly. Stainless steel appliances, wood and tile floors, large dining room table and laundry room with washer & dryer. Both the master bedroom and murphy bed in 2nd room are queen size. Can accommodate up to 6. Pets Welcomed!

There were a great number of things that we were happy with: Pool and backyard worked out very well Kitchen is modern style and functioned well Bathroom was good Third bedroom is not really a bedroom, more of a hallway with a couch in it. Found it odd that there were no window coverings of any kind on the front windows. Rear deck could use new deck boards, one rotted thru while we were there, stairs need attention We would rent again, so overall worked out well. Very convienent to beaches and Flagler Ave.
