Gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, Wolfe professional range, Miele dishwasher, microwave and high end appliances. Three light and bright bedrooms include ensuite Primary (Queen) which opens up to back yard hot tub. Second bedroom (full) and 3rd bedroom with twin bed. The high speed wifi and electronic, smart home amenities include 2 flatscreen tv's, Apple TV, Sonos music system with available indoor and outdoor music controllable from anywhere in the house via your iPhone. Ring security and keypad door access.There is an indoor/outdoor shower for after-beach adventures and 2 car garage with 240 power for car charging. One on-site small parking space and surfboard/bike storage.
