This access is just west of the southern end of the street. You have fast and the better access to the infamous 30A beach road that accounts for many of our upscale beach communities in the area, such as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, WaterColor and more. Your just a few minutes away from Lake Powell, which has been a great source for kayakers and taking out the paddle board and fishing. There are nearby public boat ramps, shopping, dining, grocery, drug stores, banking, coffee house, medical facilities, beach stores, outdoor concert/green space areas and more. Publix anchored Ocean Park Pavilion shopping center almost across the street offers a variety other very convenient dining and retail establishments "near home". You will find Popular Pier Park and much, much more is only 7 miles east with the Panama City Beach airport is only 17 miles away.
