Sweet Caroline is the perfect home away from home in a charming family-friendly neighborhood. Less than 10 minutes from 30A -- which includes Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor-- and 10 minutes to Pier Park where there's tons of shopping and restaurants. Conveniently located within a few blocks to grocery stores. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofas, beach toys, barbecue grill, beach chairs to carry to the beach and two beach chairs and umbrella already set up at the beach from March to mid October. Please read room sizes and descriptions before booking. Four-seater Golf Cart available to rent for additional fee.

lovely stay by the beach

We rented as an extended family ranging in age from 2.5-77 and really enjoyed our trip. The house is exceptionally close to the beach, the pool, the grocery store, and all that PCB has to offer. The house was very clean, communication with the host was fantastic and overall we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing way to spend the week.

Amazing fall break

Fantastic property! Great amenities and an amazing location. We could be on the beach in about a minute. Whole complex is family oriented and has lots of things to do. Would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome place to stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect! This is our 2nd time staying in this home and would stay here again. They have everything you need in the house and location was great!
