Snowbirds and month to month mid-term rentals welcome! Chasing Mermaids is a 2/2 townhouse style condo in Portside Resort. No need to worry about parking garage traffic and long elevator waits here - park right at your front door!

Portside features 3 community pools {one of which that is heated during off season Novemberr-March}, a hot tub that overlooks the beach, a fitness facility and tennis courts. Portside is on the west end of Panama City Beach on the quiet, slower end of town, just minutes from Pier Park, Frank Brown Park and Aaron Bessant Amphitheatre, making it the perfect place to stay for events like Gulf Coast Jam and the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Not to mention, it's only about a 15 minute drive to 30A! Once you visit Portside, you'll keep coming back year after year!

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those item's.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.
