The Space:
Welcome to Southwind Social, where luxury meets comfort! Accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a sumptuous king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the guest room provides two cozy twin beds. Both bedrooms boast walk-in closets, smart TVs, and access to a spacious back balcony overlooking a serene nature preserve, ideal for witnessing breathtaking sunsets.

Step into our fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cooking utensils to prepare a gourmet feast. We've also included thoughtful extras for added convenience. Whether you choose to dine at the breakfast bar, four-top dining table, or unwind on the plush sectional sofa, there's ample seating for all.

Pamper yourself in our well-appointed bathrooms, stocked with plush towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. With unrestricted access to the entire unit, you're free to make yourself at home and indulge in the ultimate relaxation.

DISCLAIMER:
-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house and PLEASE clean up any mess.

-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, we have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for.

-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls due to your decorations may result in being charged.

-Please leave the house in the condition it was when you arrived, or better! THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The cleaning fee covers the expense of hiring our awesome cleaner to wash all of the linens, clean the kitchen, bathrooms, & living areas, dust, and general up-keep of the home. It does not include cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in the welcome book. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape!

-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable homeowners and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.

-RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighbors and neighborhood by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.

-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (We had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean.

The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform.

Guest Access:
Guest's have access to everything but locked closet.

The Neighborhood:
NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Pier Park which boasts many dining and entertainment options like beach-themed stores & restaurants, a 16-screen movie theater w/ IMAX Theater, & a Dave and Buster's. Among the stores nearby are Target, Walmart, Dillard's, JC Penney's, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Food choices include Starbucks, Five Guys, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Dick's Last Resort and many bars; some with live music like Tootsies. Gulf World, Panhandle Helicopter tours, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island, Ripley's Believe It or Not, St. Andrews State Park, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Zoo/Wildlife Park, lots of choices for miniature golf and everything you would ever want to do on the water from diving, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, etc. are nearby.

Carousel is the nearest food market!

Getting Around:
Southwind Social is on the west end of the beach. While there is still plenty of shopping and dining with 30a close by and Pier Park right down the road, the west end of the beach is very quiet. If you should need shopping, dining, or entertainment recommendations they are walking/biking/golf cart distance away. The complex is one off the beach, less than 200 steps to the water line.

Other Things to Note:
Pet restriction: 1 dog 50 pounds or less only ($100 fee will be added to your reservation)
Panama City Beach is a dog friendly community. The City has a dedicated dog beach and several dog parks and many local restaurants are dog friendly. The Dog Beach is located on the west side of the Russell-Fields City Pier in front of Pier Park. Dogs must be on a leash and under the command of the owner.
