Deficiency

Well, the house was pretty good in terms of location and size. We're so disappointed in some of things: First the kitchen doesn't have a stove, only has an electric 2 burners camping stove with a lot of rust. We are a family of 6 and we can't even cook at least one day because the kitchen has no conditions(just for the records, we stay for 10 days) Imagine eating outside for 10 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner because we haven't the chance to cook. Also, the fridge wasn't working either, not cooling we can't even have water on the fridge. My baby is 7months old and I breastfeed her sometimes I need to put the milk in a small recipient with ice so I can keep it cold. We contacted the person in charge and told him about the issue with the fridge but no action from his side. 10 days without a good working fridge. The shower head wetting the entire floor outside, we bought a shower head and we use that one for those days. A bad smell on the bedrooms, looks like they don't even wash the bed sheets... Those mattress so hard. What I can say about the towels? So nasty, so small. A lot of stains in those towels I want to throw them away. The advertising say has 2 bathrooms and only has one. In my opinion they have to give the house an update for the upcomings

We truly apologize for the inconvenience. Based on your feedback we did replace the shower head. We also bought a new stove. In addition we fix the fridge so this should not be a problem in the future. As far as the sheets and beds we replace them all .

We truly apologize for the inconvenience. Based on your feedback we did replace the shower head. We also bought a new stove. In addition we fix the fridge so this should not be a problem in the future. As far as the sheets and beds we replace them all .
