GONE FISHING! 5 min to the Gulf! Cozy home w/fish cleaning station, boat storage

FISHERMAN'S DELIGHT!!! Cozy coastal style home, 3 BR, 2 full bath, quiet corner office nook in MBR, with full 1.04 acre wooded area and grassy yard for children and pets. Forest views with Hwy 67 frontage. Open boat storage with fish cleaning station and boat cleaning facilities, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, freezer for your largest catch (freezer in the boat barn was damaged by Hurricane Helene and is not yet replaced). Back entrance to the property with rock road to the front entrance - no need to back the boat to park! Reasonable small dogs welcome!

High speed internet available with Apple TV box with wide range of apps for your login and Apple Airplay to also connect. Office corner in MBR with large high resolution TV/monitor, desk, desk chair, and full service color printer with paper. Please bring printer cartridges HP 952 or 952XL and extra paper for excessive use.

The property owner may be on site in the RV out back. Please let us know if you need anything.

The pass through road runs from the back entrance off of West St. between the house and boat barn to the front of the property and onto Hwy 67.

BOAT RAMPS TO SALT AND FRESH WATER WITHIN 2 MILES!! House is located less than 2 miles to boat ramps to the confluence of Carrabelle River, Crooked River, and New River, and to the St. George Sound with access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect location; very spacious

This was a perfect property for the boat, parking, and spacious interior. The bathrooms and floors looked/felt like they had not been cleaned before we arrived, however we would still stay there again in the future.
