About this property

Spacious home on private lake. Just a few miles to the downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. This location offers the best of everything! Enjoy coffee from the deck and beautiful wildlife in the lake. Use a kayak to take in the turtles, ducks and fish. Walk across the street for grocery, Starbucks, restaurants and even a liquor store. Use a bike to ride through the neighborhoods or to the store. And just a few minutes away is the amazing downtown Charleston. James Island offers incredible restaurants and parks itself but the beach and downtown are just a short drive. My home offers a quiet reprieve from the excitement with three big bedrooms, a bonus room/office, a great room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen and breakfast nook. The decks offer ways to enjoy the outside with a nice dining area for cookouts. Comfortable beds and quality linens make coming home that much nicer. The electric fireplace offers warm and ambiance. There isn’t much you will need when staying here! Welcome home!
