Located at 1523 Marianne St. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is perfect for your beach vacation. Professional designed and decorated with a coastal flair. Plenty of amenities. Relax on the spacious screen porch accessible from the living area or master bedroom. The screen porch overlooks a large backyard, pool and fire pit. Plenty of space underneath house for outdoor activities, boat and golf cart storage. Enjoy an afternoon shower in the fully enclosed outdoor shower.

Edisto Beach is the perfect location for your next vacation. Less than 45 minutes from Historic Charleston, SC it is the perfect island getaway. Bring a boat and explore the Intercoastal Waterway or your set of clubs to play the Plantation Course.

Sunday to Sunday rental schedule during the summer months, otherwise partial week rentals are available.

Towels and sheet sets are currently not being provided. Edisto Essentials (843-869-0951) can provide a linen service if you would prefer to not bring your own. We have found that most parties wish to use their own linens.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all of our guests who may struggle with allergies, we unfortunately do not accept pets regardless of size, temperament or age.

Amazing

The house was perfect! Pool was great for our boys, my parents enjoyed themselves thoroughly. My mom is the cook and she fell in love with the kitchen. I enjoyed book reading, lounging while boys played in pools and time spent chatting on the screened in back porch. We ate every dinner as a family on the porch and it was perfect!

Reunion of college fraternity brothers

Excellent location in a quiet area of the island. Easy to get to, nice yard with pool. Back deck super to sit and talk and enjoy each other as well as the surroundings. The beach an easy one block walk, stores nearby. Rooms clean and attractive, main living area and kitchen very conducive to interaction and enjoyment. We will stay there again in the future.

This place is a gem!

Our family has never visited Edisto Island before this trip and it was just wonderful! The island isn’t over developed and the beach was not crowded. The house is a short walk to the beach and is very private, with forestry and a large yard to separate you from the neighbors. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed! There were tvs in every room, which worked out perfectly to keep all the family happy on our rainy day. The outdoor patio was very spacious and nice to enjoy a meal outdoors without worrying about the insects. My kids just loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the fire pit at night while star gazing. It truly was a nice relaxing stay and next time we are back in Edisto Beach we will book here again! The owner was very kind and attentive to any questions, concerns or requests that I had. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
