NO communication and overcharged

The house itself was decent, not great. It is much smaller than it seems from listing, but the biggest problem is there was ZERO communication from the vacasa who apparently does their booking. We originally booked for more days than needed and told them weeks in advance we wouldn’t be staying so long and would like a refund for the days we won’t be staying. We were well within our timeframe for the refund. They never responded. They have $1500 of mine that are now telling me they won’t refund because they never wrote back and we’ve already checked in. I requested it weeks before check in- multiple times. They just wrote me back a week after we checked out and said per their policy they cannot refund because it is now after our check in time. WHAT?! REFUND MY MONEY

Our favorite place so far!!

This place was awesome! Perfect location. Quiet private area but close enough to all the fun activities on the North Shore. You can tell it’s newly renovated and the A/C units in the rooms make it very comfortable! All our guests loved it and will definitely be staying here again. They also have an Instagram page that gives a lot of great recommendations on stuff to do @the.cozy.aloha
