Kathy's home at One Medano was exactly what we were looking for! The building is just one block from the beach, the Marina, Walmart, Chudrui, and the mall. The condo itself is well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. There are beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and parking included! Security is at the building 24/7, and the elevators are key-only. We will 100% book again when visiting Medano beach!

Great location and condo. Pool is small and doesn’t get much sun but the hot tub is nice and you’re a short walk to the beach and marina.

It was comfortable. The bed was very high and difficult for me to get in and out. The pillows were too large ( personal preference) With the sliding windows in the bedroom, it was a little bright even after closing the blinds in living room. We could have used more towels and washcloths or at least a couple of detergent pods for washer as we had to buy a whole container of detergent to wash the towels. A couple bottles of water to start would have been nice. Very nice view. Really nice to have beach chairs umbrellas and beach towels. Excellent location. Quick response to stopped up shower.

Clean, cool (blessedly so), comfortable location literally 10-15 minute walk from nearly anything you could want to do in Cabo san Lucas. We could not have asked for a more ideal location. Tons of good bars & restaurants within a few block walk, just a bit further to the Marina and the party district. But at the same time, a quiet enough spot to sleep at night when you want to. And it's great to have a spot to relax during the day in between activities as well, with the AC cranked.The pool is perfect for cooling off when it's hot - I saw someone complain it wasn't in the sun, but trust me, that's a bonus when you're trying to cool off. And it's even more beautiful at night with the lights on.Karina is super friendly and will help you find things to do locally, and is responsive when you have questions. If we come back to Cabo san Lucas, this is our #1 pick for where to stay.

Our first VRBO experience, but not my first Cabo experience. The locations was exceptional. 2 minute walk to the best beach, bars and restaurants in Cabo. Walmart is a 5 minute walk. Downtown Cabo is about 10 or 12 minutes away. The building itself is 100% safe and perfectly situated for families. The neighborhood is exactly what you're looking for if you want to be close to everything, but far enough away to catch your breath from all the action. From a size and amenity standpoint, the condo was exactly what we needed. Partial ocean view, great balcony, and plenty of space for the 4 of us. The check in and check out was super easy and Karina was exceptional with helping us with any questions we had. This property has everything you need to have a great time....we'll be back for sure.
