Enjoy gorgeous porches that wrap around the house, a lawn where your children can play, and a wonderful deck and patio for barbecues on summer days.
This three-story home sits on a manicured piece of property one block off Main Street. The Wellfleet Town Pier and Mayo Beach on the harbor are three-quarters of a mile south; a number of cute cafes, shops, and markets are even closer. You'll also be equidistant from Cahoon Hollow Beach on the ocean (three miles east) and Duck Harbor Beach on Cape Cod Bay (three miles west).
Built in 2019, this home is a rarity among the older properties of Wellfleet. It's a distinction that brings all sorts of comfort - airy rooms with lofty ceilings, windows at every turn, and multi-zone central air conditioning. The main floor was designed for entertaining, offering an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas range, a French-door fridge, and a wine cooler) and a large island at its heart.
Spend your evenings flipping burgers on the gas grill as the kids play cornhole, gathering for dinner on the deck or in the sky-lit dining room, and roasting marshmallows by the firepit on the patio. As the adults move into the living room to stream movies - in surround sound - by the remote-controlled fireplace, the kids can retreat downstairs to play foosball, board games, and movies of their own in the basement bunk room.
At night, choose between a primary suite on the main floor, the bunk room in the basement, and two guest rooms and a loft upstairs. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are on hand as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
