FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! This is a one-bedroom/two-bath unit with a lovely tropical decor accented with wildlife, with all of the conveniences of home. Enjoy fashionable and well appointed accommodations during your stay. Experience breathtaking views of the beach and gulf from your patio daily. With a king-size in the bedroom, bunk beds with own flat screen TV's, and a sleeper sofa, this unit sleeps up to six guests! The kitchen can accommodate six as well with a table for four and two bar stools. The living room offers a relaxing view of the Gulf - no need to turn on the television! If you would like to watch television, though, there is a flat-screen TV in the living area as well as a TV in the bedroom. HUGE perk to renting PI 402 that not every condo has, **BUNK BED TV'S**!!! Being able to enjoy his/her own TV makes vacationing here feel like home!

Granite counter-tops are beautiful and really bring out the upscale feel to PI 402. The addition of granite is no little amenity, customized counters throughout the unit bring 402 to life so each guests feels the comforts of paradise at an upscale rate! Unit 402 offers a perfect combination of comfort and convenience. From the balcony, you can enjoy a serene view of the grass court below, with the resort's pool and jacuzzi further down. For those seeking privacy, the balcony is equipped with an external shutter, a unique feature for added safety that not all condos provide. The location of this unit is ideal, as it is positioned at the very end of the building. After exiting the elevator, you can walk east down the hallway to reach Unit 402, which is located at the corner of the building, away from hallway noise and traffic. Alternatively, for even more privacy, skip the elevator altogether and take the stairwell located right next to the unit’s entry. This convenient feature offers you a peaceful, quiet atmosphere—perfect for those looking to escape the bustle.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Spring break on Okaloosa

The property was wonderful, the weather didn’t start out great but did improve. Everything was clean, freshly painted and well maintained. We were able to walk every morning and spend the afternoon on the beach with the chairs and umbrella that was included. We would use this condo again.

Also, bring your own hangers as there were no hangers in the closet! Other than that, the condo was fine. Pelican Isle Mgmt needs to fix the elevator - maybe it's fixed now but the entire week we were there, it was out of commission leaving only 1 elevator.

Too many issues with TVs not working, Sofa bed would not open out and under the mattress of it was very dirty. And the cable was a mess! On a good note The property of Pelican Isl, the Beach and weather were great. Also, smoking areas were not marked with a sign nor were they communicated in any emails. We followed the rules of smoking but then saw people smoking on balconies and even teenagers smoking in the elevator. For the amount of monies paid Unit was just not worth it. We feel at least a one night's refund should be given due to unit malfunctions.

Amazing view, cozy condo

Great place on the beach. The view is amazing! Love the beach umbrella service, one less thing to worry about while enjoying your stay. Master bedroom was nice and quiet, bed was comfortable. Loved it!

Amazing Property and Location

This was a beautiful roomy property and the beachfront view was amazing. Loved being able to walk to the beach in a matter of minutes, and enjoyed the pool stay. The beach was very nice, clean,& peaceful.We didn’t have any problems with our umbrella, which came in handy. Nice distance from shops and food, but the kitchen is very nice of you plan to stay in and cook. Would definitely recommend & stay again ! ☺️
