Pelican Isle

ALL the staff folks were very informative and kind! The Condo was ok, kinda old appliances and furnishings, but comfortable. Loved that the beach chairs were included. Would recommend if it was a lower price.

Property is very well maintained, location is excellent! Very quiet not many businesses in the area but restaurants are close by. The property is older, the condo itself looks original but very clean! That looks freshly painted! The only thing I really didn't like is that the rugs in the bedroom either need to be cleaned really good or replace. I could never understand why people have rugs in a shore rental anyway?? The beach is amazing, the pool and hot tub are great!!

4 days on the beach

Overall we had a good time and enjoyed this nice property. A few concerns - the AC would not cool below 74 in the daytime, and HVAC filter was extremely dirty. Balcony door wouldn't lock. Washing machine would only run hot water when set on cold or cool. Elevator was out of order 3 times during our stay. Noisy group came in at 10:15 p.m, continuing for 30 minutes.

Excellent Location for a Beach get away

Loved the location, 4th floor was perfect height to enjoy the beach view. Was glad this was smaller Condo complex, less crowded and everything just a short walk away.

Good views

The condo is in a great location with great views. The condo itself needs some updating and the carpet in the bedroom was very dirty. It had stains all over it and the tile floors were not very clean. The furniture is a little worn out but we weren't in the condo that much.

Great beach getaway

This is our 2nd January renting this particular condo and we love it! Great views and it is quite comfortable. We have stayed in Pelican Isle multiple times in the past as well. We will definitely rent here again!

Nice condo

This property was very clean and decorated nicely. Having said this, it could use some updating but it is fine the way it is as well. The bed was comfortable. The view is spectacular!

Perfect Stay!

Except for a minor glitch with check-in, the stay was flawless! Great room, perfect view, could not have asked for more! The only reason I bring up the glitch is because it was corrected instantly after a quick phone call. I can’t wait for our next stay!

Very nice location

Very nice for a small family. Kitchen is very neat and clean . Rooms are clean as well but little worn out. Beds are good and clean. Carpet and couches are worn out which is not uncommon. Balcony is great with both sunrise and sunset views during thanksgiving time. Liked it very much.

Beautiful view

beautiful view from the balcony. Beach was awesome and clean . Chair and umbrellas set up every morning around 7 it’s first come. So make sure you are ready and walk out there with your towels set them on the chairs you want and go back to your room if your not ready for the beach yet. Our dishwasher did not work that is the only con to this beautiful condo.

Pelican Isle Condo

This unit was not that clean. Potato chips on the floor, unflushed toilet when we arrived, partial bottle of water left on bathroom sink, and lots of dust on picture frames, towels bars, etc.
