Light, bright office / kitchenette - small fridge, new Breville toaster oven & coffee maker. Open floor plan, large 1 bedroom with queen bed & hotel style linens. Gorgeous, HUGE private bathroom, clawfoot tub & glass rain shower. There is a large walk-in closet making this a great spot for short & long term guests both. Small front garden & quiet residential vibe. ALL GREEN & ORGANIC non-toxic cleaning products, toiletries, coffee/tea station.

Kitchenette includes a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster and microwave. There is plenty of workspace available as well as a charming front yard to enjoy the Venice breeze in.
Other things to note
There is plenty of street parking around with no restrictions. Please know that there is a shared wall with the back house. Tenant that lives in the back house is a professor & appreciates the quiet space to work & will reciprocate for you.

Relaxing

Wonderful location. Easy to get to points of interest. Found parking in front every day. Large closet. Super soak in DEEP tub. Quiet. Clean. Manager was helpful.
