It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the space. We had exactly what they accommodate. 24 guests. 16 adults and about 8 children. It was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wedding party staying here leading up to the big day. This house fit everyone comfortably and had plenty of entertainment in between wedding activities. The close proximity to downtown Lava was an added bonus.

Great place to stay. Our family of 22 was very comfortable and there was plenty of space and things to do for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and space to cook. The one thing I was was diferent was the upstaris railing overlooking the lower level was too easy for the 2 and 3 year olds to climb. It was a safety issue and we had to watch the young ones and keep them off the railing.

We love this house. everyone had a great time. Took a while to get the movie projector working. Would appreciate wash cloths and access to more hand towels. Make sure to bring your own bar hand soap as there is none. Easy to find and very clean, walking distance to town. REALLY enjoyed our stay here.

Ours was a family reunion(20) and the Pickleball house was a great fit! We all enjoyed our time together, with enough space to get some private time if needed.The kitchen was well supplied and had enough seating for everyone.Having the Pickleball/basketball court, the putting green, patio and hot tub right outside the backdoor was the best. With the game room and theater downstairs everyone had something to do.The only complaint was noise, during the night, in the basement bedrooms from the shared bathroom.Our grands even enjoyed the goat farm out back!The Pickleball house will be a fond reunion memory for all!Thank you!KN

The home was beautiful, spacious with a wonderful close proximity to main street. We had 25 ladies and not only did we have plenty of space we enjoyed the space and options for our big group from playing pool to hanging out in the hot tub, playing corn hole to watching a movie on the big screen on the comfy couch. Would stay again.

The house was clean well stocked in general. There was no outdoor seating that I could find, and the hand-held can opener was defective making dinner preparation difficult. Other than that, we were quite peased with the property and amenities.

President Day Getaway

We had a great stay over the extended weekend. Home is beautiful and centrally located for the Lava area. Close to hot springs, river, skiing and the great outdoors. Our host (Jess) was responsive to anything we needed or brought up. We will definitely be staying again when we're in town!

Fabulous property! The grandkids had so much to do and enjoyed the large bunkbed room for all the cousins to sleep in together. Property Manager was great to work with. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, but we froze inside because we couldn't control the thermostat. It was clean but not deep cleaned. Lights around the fire pit most the bulbs were not working. We had to call to have the hot tub cleaned. The freezer on the fridge was acting up and thawed out while we were there. Some towel racks and toilet paper holders are missing in some of the bathrooms. The house and property are really nice just need some better up keep and deep cleaned. They did have plenty of tubes to float the river and pickleball paddles and balls. The little kids kept busy on the mini green golf patch. We loved the water park and hot springs. The town is so cute. Will definitely be back again.

The house itself and the layout was really nice for a large event, nice open living room and kitchen with plenty of space for all the people we had. However none of the fire alarms were working or they were disconnected, which is a big safety issue. The back sliding glass door wouldn't lock and it was a bunch of women staying so that didn't make us feel safe. When we dropped something and looked under the couch there were piles of old food, puzzle pieces, etc. We ended up cleaning under the couch ourselves. The BBQ was so rusted it wasn't safe to cook food on. When I tried to contact the host multiple times during our stay the host never responded, I ended up going through VRBO and they contacted the host who then eventually got back to me, and gave partial refund. I wouldn't book again with this host or house. I'd rent from another in the same neighborhood.

We had the best time! This house holds our family perfectly and with the pickle ball courts, putting green, basketball and hot tub they are always busy and happy! The house is totally furnished and supplied to help our stay even better. We really couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Thank you!

Beautiful home! Very large, clean, bright, and wonderful! The amenities were a huge hit! We had a family reunion and there was something for everyone to do (movie theater, Pickleball, Jacuzzi). The goats in the backyard were fun too! Highly recommend!

This is a lovely home. Large enough for our family of 22 (including 3 babies) to stay comfortably. We enjoyed the space and they had some fun activities available. We ran out of paper towels, and they brought us more quickly, which was nice. It's less than a 5 minute drive to the Lava Hot Springs attractions. We had a wonderful few days there!

Amazing!!

Gorgeous home in a super convenient location in Lava Hot Springs. Everything was less than 5 minutes away. The house is beautiful and had so many fun things to do. The kitchen was well equipped for the family meals we cooked. Everything was perfect.

Top Notch!

This new, beautifully appointed home was the perfect place for our family Christmas gathering. Plenty of beds and room to spread out. We enjoyed the entertainment center in the basement with its home theater, pool table and ping pong table. Everyone in our group was extremely pleased with it. Great place to stay!

Family Reunion

This was an awesome place to stay. Games in the back yard and games inside made it the perfect place for us. The hot tub was a big hit as well. Plenty of beds and the kitchen set up was wonderful. Having a washer and dryer on two floors was a much needed plus. It was close enough to all the town activities that we could be there in 5 minutes. It was very clean and well taken care of. If we make it up there again we will definitely make that our place to stay.

This house was amazing for a family of 16!! Beautiful home, great spacious kitchen that made cooking meals super convenient. All of the kids loved the bunk bedroom. There was enough bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy and Comfort. Lots of fun things to do in the backyard and a great basement with a theater room and fun games. The kids and adults all had a blast!! Super close to downtown to do the fun things there. Great host who answered any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again.
