We named this property “THE Wine Cottage” since this was our First Nelson County vacation rental. We love this lot - the adjacent rock vein, distant mountain views in the front yard, the private, wooded back yard - and we love the timeless 1950’s original details.

Just a few details you will want to know. We have carefully outfitted this house to accommodate a large group, with several separate seating areas. The downstairs gaming area is perfect for playing on the nintendo or foosball table. The laundry room contains a high capacity washer and dryer that can be easily closed off from all the activity of the household. Also included are three smart TV’s, board games, ceiling fans, Keurig and regular coffee makers, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and modern farmhouse decor. Complimentary wifi, toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board, and central heating and air conditioning.
