The bedroom, queen, has a full bath, as well as the bunk nook. Down the hall is the kitchen and the inviting living room, with a sleeper sofa, which leads to the covered porch, perfect for watching the waves while taking a break from the sun.

Three convenient beach accesses are nearby. A private beach access for the building as well as two public beach access which are less than a 3-minute walk away.

Wonderful!

My husband and I had a great trip here for spring break. The unit is so clean and well appointed, the location is excellent and the beachfront views can’t be beat. Oversee’s management is top notch and I look forward to working with them again!

Great vacation

This was our 6th year staying at Leeward 1 but our first time in Unit 3, our new favorite unit! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay and have a wonderful beach vacation.

Great View

Very nice & clean condo with excellent views of the beach. Loved that you could sit on the balcony and you’re right there looking at the beach & water!! And stepping on the sand to the beach is a 1 minute walk!! Definitely will stay here again- just wished we could walk to grab a bite to eat instead of having to drive. I give it 5 stars!!
