Beautiful, Spacious Modern Condo Just 2 Miles From Campus!!
Upscale, fully furnished 2nd Floor unit with your own private covered porch. This condo has over 1400 sqft of living space located in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood just around the corner from 13th Street. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets you need for a great stay. Separate dining space between kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. In the hallway is a step -in laundry closest with stacked washer/ dryer. Free Wi-fi and a Roku are available for streaming TV (bring your own passwords!) The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, residential, and very charming. Great location near UF Heath, downtown Gainesville, Archer Road shopping and eateries as well as the airport. We would love to host you during your stay in Gainesville.
