Cozy Sanctuary/Dwtn Franklin Studio w Priv Entry

Peaceful, private above-garage studio less than a mile from historic downtown Franklin. Easily walkable to parks, restaurants, historic sights, festivals, and more! This charming, spacious apartment has a private entrance and bath, kitchenette, king-sized bed, and pull-out coach (great for 2 small children or 1 adult). You'll have access to a shared outdoor patio, fire pit, and grill overlooking a creek and shaded woods. Take that big, deep breath... you'll feel right at home here!
The space
The studio is accessible by a private entrance at the back of the house. A flight of stairs will take you to a landing and double doors which allow for maximum sunlight into the room during the day (and black-out curtains keep out at night!). A king-sized bed and pull-out couch are available for sleeping. A couch, free Wifi, lap desk, and large-screen TV are there for your enjoyment. The kitchenette is generously stocked as is the bathroom. The large shower is bright and roomy.
Guest access
Guests have access to the studio and the back patio off of the main house. Guests are welcome to build a fire and enjoy the view.
During your stay
Loved Well Rentals will be available to you via text throughout your stay. And often in person. You set the tone for your visit. It is self check-in and out.

This is an awesome location, so close to Historic area. Much better than a hotel. Love the privacy of the woods out back. We host on another platform (2 properties, 5 years) and this unit is very well done!

This is exactly what the name says, a cozy sanctuary!! I messaged the host a couple of times and she responded right away. The space was clean and so cute and cozy! Super comfy bed, small kitchenette. Would be difficult to do a lot of cooking here, but it was perfect for our weekend. Check in and out were super easy. Overall great stay!!

We loved our stay in Franklin. This cute Vrbo was the perfect location to downtown & all of the fun attractions in the area. The backyard view is a lush green oasis….nice escape from the hustle & bustle of the city. The decor, size & layout of the room is exception. Loved the size of the bathroom! One of the largest we’ve seen in our travels. If it’s available…book it now!

Katie is so sweet, quick to answer if you need anything. Her home is clean and in such a great location. I’m nutrition conscious and I was able to use the kitchenette to prep some meals during my stay with a hot plate and skillet/sauce pan Katie has provided. This was my second stay here, I will be back and do recommend to friends. It lives up to its name of being a cozy sanctuary.

This was definitely a cozy sanctuary! The room was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you needed. And the bed, it was so comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and we had zero issues. Staying again in a few weeks when we come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our stay was absolutely perfect! A short drive into beautiful downtown Franklin and a leisurely drive into Nashville (we used side streets). A great retreat after a long day of walking, shopping, and exploring Broadway. You appreciate a warm and welcoming little space to come home to. The cozy sanctuary was just that ..,,cozy and comfortable. The place was clean with anll the anmen we needed and we met the host and she was very nice. We were fairly close to downtown but not really within walking distance.
